Gvozdyk retains titles after Ngumbu injury

Oleksandr Gvozdyk defended his WBC and lineal light-heavyweight titles after Doudou Ngumbu suffered an injury during their fight on Saturday.

Gvozdyk (17-0) had dominated the early rounds before Ngumbu succumbed to a suspected leg injury at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.
