Fighter suffers horrific leg break

MMA fighter Johnathan King suffered a horrific leg break injury during his fight against Chris Williams at the Horseshoe Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Just 20 seconds into the bout, King delivered a low kick that landed directly on Williams' knee, causing King's right leg to break.

Our video (above) shows King lying on the ground waiting for medics following the injury.

In an update to King's condition, The American Kombat Alliance said: "Johnathan King just got out of recovery this morning. The doctor said surgery to set the leg went really well. Physical therapy starts tomorrow morning and he should be cleared to travel home this week."
