Josh Rosen to replace Sam Bradford as Cardinals starting quarterback
Josh Rosen will replace Sam Bradford as the Arizona Cardinals' starting quarterback, it was announced on Monday.
Arizona coach Steve Wilks confirmed that Rosen will start under center against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 4.
Bradford began the first three NFL games this season for the Cardinals.
Arizona inked Bradford to a one-year, $20 million contract in March but he struggled to open the season.
Bradford combined for two interceptions and no touchdowns in Arizona's back-to-back losses to the Washington Redskins and the Los Angeles Rams.
He then tallied a pair of scores through the air and two picks against the Chicago Bears before he was pulled in the fourth quarter and replaced by Rosen.
Rosen came on in relief for Bradford on Sunday, and he completed 4-of-7 passes for 36 yards and an interception in a 16-14 loss to the Bears.
Arizona selected Rosen out of UCLA with the 10th pick in the 2018 draft.
