Pot Snack: Williams scoffs chocolates during world final
A healthy diet has become an essential factor in the success of elite athletes... but try telling that to World Snooker Championship finalist Mark Williams.
Only two frames into the 2018 final against fellow veteran John Higgins, Williams spotted a spectator's stash of confectionary.
Feeling peckish, the Welshman got the attention of the fan in the hope of snaffling a few of the sweets and chocolates for himself.
Handed a pack of Minstrels, Williams poured out a healthy portion and tucked into his impromptu snack.
Not satisfied with his lot, the 43-year-old also took a few of the fan's Wine Gums, saving a couple for later in the match.
The two-time champion's feast follows his visit to a kebab shop at 02:00 local time on the morning of the final.
