NFL Draft 2018: 'Star Wars' characters announce 49ers picks on Day 3

The Force was with the San Francisco 49ers for the final day of the NFL Draft.

The league allowed teams to select special guests to help announce their picks and some were undoubtedly more interesting than others.

One of the unique guests selected came from the 49ers who mixed in characters from "Star Wars". Ron Howard, who directed the standalone film that's coming out in late May, "Solo: A Star Wars Story," was also there to help.

R2-D2, Chewbacca and a few Stormtroopers helped make the announcement of defensive end Kentavius Street out of N.C. State.

Shortly after, the characters announced the selection of cornerback D.J. Reed from Kansas State.

The picks were announced from the headquarters of Lucasfilm in Northern California.
