Chargers add Pouncey on two-year deal
Center Mike Pouncey is headed to Los Angeles on a two-year deal with the Chargers.
Pouncey was selected to the Pro Bowl three consecutive seasons from 2013-15, and boasts the versatility to play guard as well.
He was released last week by the Dolphins, joining Ndamukong Suh and Jarvis Landry in departing Miami this offseason.
The Dolphins selected Pouncey 15th overall in the 2011 NFL Draft. The eight-year veteran has since appeared in at least 12 games in all but one season throughout his career.
Pouncey will now be asked to protect Philip Rivers as the Chargers look to improve upon last season's 9-7 record.
