Curling has won an army of admirers during the Winter Olympics, but one new follower is sure to raise a few eyebrows.
With "wrestler, soldier, bouncer, bodyguard" listed on his Twitter biography, among other things, Mr T is a man used to physical exertion.
And he sees much to admire in the winter sport of curling, which has caught the imagination of the A-Team actor, who has been watching events unfold at Pyeongchang 2018.
I am really Pumped watching the Winter Olympics. I am watching events I never thought I would watch before, like curling. You heard me, curling Fool!-- Mr. T (@MrT) February 11, 2018
The American's passion for it has led him to become a champion of the game described by some as "chess on ice".
Mr T has been tweeting regularly about the latest action from the Gangneung Curling Centre.
And the 65-year-old believes it is a difficult skill to master.
Curling is kind of different, but it's Exciting. It's not as easy as it looks. It takes some skills that's for sure. I like it!-- Mr. T (@MrT) February 11, 2018
Just take a look at his selection of tweets on the matter and you will realise that curling has earned itself a true convert.
As Mr T says so pithily in his catch hashtag - curling is cool, fool.
Like I said before, Curling is not as easy as it looks. I must be honest with you.. That little broom reminds me of my Swiffer Sweeper! I'm just saying...-- Mr. T (@MrT) February 14, 2018
Anyways, I see curling as a finesse sport, more straight and controlled strength. Not brute strength, like when I was a bouncer, oh no!-- Mr. T (@MrT) February 14, 2018
I like curling, it's less wear and tear on the body. I wrestled, boxed, and studied martial arts. I have nothing else to prove. Therefore I choose curling. #curlingiscoolfool-- Mr. T (@MrT) February 14, 2018
