IAAF renews neutral exemptions for 18 Russian athletes
The IAAF has granted the renewal of 18 Russians to compete as neutral athletes in 2018, including high jump world champion Mariya Lasitskene.
All of the athletes cleared were granted neutral exemption in 2017, with Lasitskene going on to win gold in London - defending the title she won in Beijing two years previously.
Danil Lysenko, who won World Championships silver in the high jump, and European pole vault champion Anzhelika Sidorova are also among the list.
A statement from the IAAF said that 80 applications have been put forward so far, with those hoping to compete in March's World Indoor Championships the priority.
Russia has been banned from competing in international competitions since 2015 following allegations of state-sponsored doping made by an independent WADA review, allegations which are still denied.
