Federer continues Jumanji audition with more 'smouldering intensity'
If there is to be another Jumanji movie, Roger Federer should at least be worthy of an audition.
The 19-time grand slam champion had a social-media exchange with WWE icon and Jumanji Star Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson this month, in which the Swiss sent The Rock a picture of himself stern-faced and asked if he was doing "smouldering intensity right?"
Smouldering intensity is a power of Dr. Smolder Bravestone, The Rock's character in Jumanji, and Federer's expression quickly received his seal of approval.
The Rock deemed Federer's effort "perfect", prompting Jim Courier to ask him for a repeat performance after the defending Australian Open champion's victory over Richard Gasquet in Melbourne on Saturday.
And Federer did not disappoint, producing an expression worthy of Dr. Bravestone.
Could a silver screen career be in the offing for Federer once he puts the racquet to rest?
