USB joking? Klitschko stick and robe sold for mega money

Wladimir Klitschko raised a whopping £160,000 for the robe he wore before his final professional fight against Anthony Joshua at a London auction.

The successful bidder paid big not only for a new garment to add to his or her collection, but the USB stick which the former heavyweight champion pulled out before the bout, which he said contained his prediction of the outcome.

Klitschko said at the time that the only person who would find out what he saved on the device would be the one who stumps up the cash at auction.

The identity of the highest bidder was not revealed, but they are clearly not a tight budget in the build-up to Christmas.

Klitschko tweeted: "£160K=$215K were raised in London at #TheCharge2 by auctioning this robe (incl my prediction on a USB stick) that I was wearing at my very last boxing match vs @anthonyfjoshua @wembleystadium. All funds will go to #KlitschkoFoundation projects. Thank you guys!  #soliver"

Joshua knocked the veteran Ukrainian out in the 11th round at Wembley in April in a title fight that will live long in the memory.
