Monaco stayed unbeaten in the FIBA competition with a hard-fought 92-85 victory in Utena on Wednesday.
Juventus - bottom of the standings - erased an 11-point deficit to level the game at 72-apiece early in the fourth quarter, however visiting prevailed thanks to a 10-run sparked by Aaron Craft.
Amara Sy led the way with 21 points for Group A leaders Monaco, who are three games clear of EWE Baskets Oldenburg and Pinar Karsiyaka.
EWE Baskets crushed struggling Enisey Krasnoyarsk 79-53.
Thomas Walkup led Ludwigsburg to a comprehensive 83-63 victory at PAOK.
American Walkup had 18 points, six rebounds and five assists for Ludwigsburg, who leapfrogged reigning champions Tenerife atop Group B with a 7-1 record.
Tenerife were upstaged by Ventspils 71-65 on home court as they fell to 6-2.
Umana Reyer Venezia, Banvit and Medi Bayreuth are all level atop Group C.
Banvit joined Venezia at the top of the group with a comfortable 90-62 win.
Bayreuth also improved to 5-3 after seeing off Rosa Radom 90-85.
Besiktas Sompo Japan remain top of Group D despite a 90-74 loss to Sidigas Avellino, while CEZ Nymburk were 90-84 winners against Nanterre 92.
