Snow joke! Bills and Colts play in brutal blizzard

Snowy NFL games are nothing new, but conditions were particularly severe in Buffalo on Sunday as the Bills played host to the Indianapolis Colts.

With temperatures below freezing at New Era Field, the first half was played in appalling weather, with heavy snow falling throughout.

The Colts did not even attempt a pass in the opening quarter - a first in the NFL this season.

Yet just when it looked as though there would be (s)no(w) score at half-time, the Bills edged ahead through a Kelvin Benjamin touchdown late in the second quarter.
