Australia will hope to be quick between the wickets during the Ashes after a training session with Olympic sprinting legend Usain Bolt in Melbourne.
Bolt - a keen cricket fan - joined Steve Smith's side as they prepared for the opening Test with England at the Gabba.
A series of social media posts - one labelled 'Coach Bolt' by the Jamaican - showed the eight-time Olympic gold medallist setting the Australian side off on a sprint with their bats at the MCG, while also showing his forward defensive technique.
Bolt then strapped on the pads to show his own skills on the cricket pitch, before a customary 'lightning bolt' pose on the outfield.
