Usain Bolt is ready to bring the curtain down on a storied career as he prepares for the beginning of the IAAF World Championships on Friday.
Eight-time Olympic champion Bolt hopes to add his 11 world titles in London, returning to the stadium in which he took gold in the 100 metres, 200m and 4x100m relay at the 2012 Games.
The Jamaican posted a video on Twitter with a reminder of his achievements in the competition since 2009, when he triumphed in the 100m and 200m with world-record times that still stand to this day.
Bolt begins his campaign on Friday with the 100m heats and is expected to make it through to Saturday's final, where he will aim to become the first man to win the event at four separate World Championships.
Never one to lack confidence, Bolt captioned his video with the simple phrase: "The Finale. Let's do this."
