End any debate. Catch of the year in Major League Baseball is going to Austin Jackson.
The Indians outfielder made an incredible catch in the bottom of the fifth inning on Tuesday at Fenway Park robbing Hanley Ramirez of a home run in the best way possible.
Ramirez belted an 83mph slider from Indians reliever Dan Otero to deep right-centre field but Jackson leapt at the wall and caught the ball as his momentum carried him head-first over the outfield wall and into the Red Sox bullpen.
Red Sox fans gave Jackson a standing ovation after the catch, which was upheld after video review.
