Darius Boyd will shift to centre for Queensland in game two of State of Origin, with Jarrod Wallace also named to start.
With Billy Slater returning to start at full-back, Boyd makes the move as the Maroons look to bounce back from their 28-4 loss to New South Wales in the series opener.
Johnathan Thurston, who is also making his return, was named to start, as was debutant Valentine Holmes.
Wallace will start in the front row, while Coen Hess and Tim Glasby were named on the interchange bench for Wednesday's clash in Sydney.
Melbourne Storm's Cameron Munster is Queensland's 18th man, while Gavin Cooper is set for his first start.
The Maroons desperately need a response to level the series on June 21, with the returns of Slater and Thurston providing them with a boost.
