England have been handed a boost ahead of the Six Nations as Anthony Watson is set to make his return for Bath on Saturday after almost three months out.
The wing suffered a broken jaw in England's training camp in early October, which caused him to miss the victories over South Africa, Fiji, Argentina and Australia.
But Watson is in line to take to the field on New Year's Eve, having been named on the bench for Bath's home Premiership clash with Exeter Chiefs.
It represents positive news for Eddie Jones, whose England side look to defend the Six Nations Grand Slam title they won this year.
The reigning champions' campaign begins at home to France on February 4.
