Are you self-motivated? Do you have a strong desire for success? Committed to teamwork? If so, Mercedes want you to replace Nico Rosberg.
The Formula One outfit have begun the process of replacing the German driver, who announced his shock retirement after wrapping up a maiden drivers' title.
Rosberg secured the championship on the final day of the F1 season in Abu Dhabi last month, coming home second behind team-mate Lewis Hamilton to top the standings by five points.
Five days later, the 31-year-old stunned the F1 paddock by stepping away from the sport.
Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso and Valtterri Bottas have all been linked with the seat for 2017, along with Mercedes youngsters Pascal Wehrlein and Esteban Ocon.
However, Mercedes have opened up their search to a wider audience by placing a job advert in Autosport.
