Former New Zealand full-back Greg Cooper will take charge of Stade Francais at the end of the season after it was revealed Gonzalo Quesada is to move on.
Cooper arrived at Stade as backs coach in May, but will take the top job at the Parisian club in 2017.
Head coach Quesada guided Stade to the Top 14 title in 2014-15, but his side are ninth in the table after winning just six of their 13 games in the French top flight so far this season and sit third in European Challenge Cup Pool 5.
Cooper has been promoted to the role of sporting manager in a new era at Stade after agreeing a three-year deal.
Quesada said: "The decision wasn't easy to take because I'm extremely attached to this club and this squad.
"I'm fully committed to the end of the season and that's the sole thing that concerns me today."
