Koepka drive lands on backpack of Pieters' father at Ryder Cup

Brooks Koepka hit a shank on Saturday morning and found himself involved in another eye-catching incident early in his second fourballs match at the Ryder Cup.

Playing alongside Dustin Johnson against the in-form European pairing of Rory McIlroy and Thomas Pieters, Koepka was guilty of a loose drive at the fifth hole.

And there was a surprise for the American when he reached his ball and found it lodged on top of the backpack being carried around by Pieters' father.

Thomas Pieters was certainly not distracted. After driving the green, he holed a lengthy eagle putt to win the hole and move Europe two up.
