Blue Bulls made it three Currie Cup wins in a row as they thrashed top-four rivals Griquas 57-20 at Loftus Versfeld on Friday.
The hosts ran in eight tries to earn their bonus-point win in Pretoria, the Bulls coming from 10-0 down to comprehensively end Griquas' four-game winning run.
Alshaun Bock's early try and two accurate kicks from Clinton Swart looked to put Griquas in control, but they could not maintain their momentum.
By the midway point of the first half the Bulls had wiped out that deficit thanks to tries from Nic de Jager and Jamba Ulengo, with Tian Schoeman nailing both conversions.
An RG Snyman try plus a penalty from the trusty boot of Schoeman ensured the hosts went into the break 24-13 ahead, Swart having added a penalty for the Griquas.
The Bulls' charge continued after the start with Piet van Zyl leading the way, the scrum-half scoring twice before the hour mark, either side of Ulrich Beyers touching down.
Wandile Patuma had briefly given the visitors hope but the Bulls were not to be denied, Bjorn Basson completing the victory in the final moments.
