Tom Daley posts video of him chilling out on the Rio beach with his fiance after pressure of Olympic medal battle

Tom Daley is embracing some well-earned downtime after his latest Olympic glory - describing the final as one of his "most insane experiences".

The 22-year-old claimed bronze with 10m synchro partner Dan Goodfellow in a nail-biting finish and admitted that the pressure on the pair had been "absolutely immense".

But it's not all bad being an Olympian - just take a look at the setting for Daley's latest YouTube vlog:

Daley was joined on the beach by his fiance Dustin Lance Black, who flew out to Brazil to join the Team Daley band of supporters.

There's no doubt that Black was absolutely thrilled for his partner:

And Daley says he is now taking five days off before returning to the athletes' village ahead of his individual diving event in 10 days' time.

In the video Daley makes reference to the moment he and his dive partner Goodfellow plunged into the pool for a "seventh dive" in celebration after an agonising wait for their final dive score.

"You just have to stick together and do it on the day," says Daley.

Congratulations guys!
