Part of the job of a pundit is to stir things up a bit - and Ian Holloway certainly succeeded in that when he suggested Aston Villa might face relegation for the second straight season.
Asked by Sky for his predicted Championship table, the former Blackpool boss actually put the West Midlands side 16th.
But he wrote: "They're lucky I've put them this high. Last season Villa's players felt the weight of the shirt, but not the importance of it. They didn't respect the badge enough. I'm worried nothing will change.
"They could easily get relegated again...with the lack of investment and the lack of unity within the playing squad."
Cue lots of irritated Villa fans.
And it wasn't just the fans who were annoyed.
Villa owner Dr Tony Xia had his say on Twitter too - and, though he later deleted the tweet, he wasn't holding back.
And while some Villa fans thought it was unprofessional, most were just pleased to see a little bit of passion coming out of their club.
Looks like the Championship has yet another maverick owner to deal with...
