The United States team featuring Lexi Thompson, Stacy Lewis, Gerina Piller and Cristie Kerr claimed the 2016 UL International Crown on Sunday.
The quartet accumulated a total of 13 points across the four-day event at the Merit Club in Chicago, Illinois.
USA began the final round with seven points, tied with Team Chinese Taipei and trailing Team Republic of Korea (eight) and Team England (nine).
However, wins from Piller, Lewis and Kerr saw USA come from behind to claim a one-point win over Team Korea.
Piller had a dominant victory over Yani Tseng of Team Chinese Taipei, securing a 5 and 3 victory for Team USA's first two points.
Lewis added another two with a 3 and 2 triumph over Team Japan's Mika Miyazato, while Thompson went down South Korea's Ryu So-yeon.
But in the final match of the day, Kerr birdied the 16th hole to seal a 3 and 2 win over Team England's Melissa Reid, and the UL International Crown title.
