Reid replaces Dickinson in Scotland squad

Gordon Reid has been called up to the Scotland squad for the second and final Test against Japan as a replacement for the injured Alasdair Dickinson.

Dickinson damaged his hamstring just three minutes into the 26-13 victory in the opening Test at the Toyota City Stadium on Saturday and will fly home from the tour.

Glasgow Warriors prop Reid will link up with the squad in Tokyo on Monday as Vern Cotter's side prepare to face Japan once again in Tokyo next Saturday.

Scotland also have concerns over John Barclay (shoulder), Willem Nel (knee) Duncan Taylor (hamstring) and Ryan Wilson (knee).
