Boxing fans vent their frustration after David Haye quickly beats another mismatched opponent

David Haye knocked out Arnold Gjergjaj at London's 02 Arena – just one minute and 35 seconds into the second round – in the second victory of his comeback.

Kosovo-Albanian Gjergjaj had already twice hit the canvas and was a tiring figure appearing to want a way out when falling for a third time from another right hand.

The heavyweight, fighting for the second time in five months after a three and a half-year lay-off with a career-threatening shoulder injury, provided another demonstration of his power.

But all fans really wanted was a fight they could actually finish a pint in front of.

As with January's underwhelming first-round defeat of Mark de Mori, Haye again attracted a significant crowd. But Gjergjaj lacked the skill-set, athleticism and ambition to trouble him.

Some boxing fans thought it was all a bit of a farce.

All he needs are some better matched opponents.
