The Serbs overturned a 19-point third-quarter deficit to move within one win of the play-offs on Friday.
Crvena Zvezda (7-4), who trailed 49-30 early in the third quarter, require just one win from their remaining three Top-16 fixtures in Group E to clinch a spot in the next round.
Stefan Jovic top-scored for Crvena Zvezda with 16 points while adding seven assists and five rebounds, while Marko Simonovic posted all of his 12 points in the final quarter via four three-pointers.
Unicaja, who were eliminated from play-off contention after falling to 3-8, were led by Nemanja Nedovic's 22 points.
Anadolu Efes staged a comeback of their own to see off Cedevita 80-76.
Efes - thanks to Thomas Heurtel's 19 points - overcame double-digit deficits to improve to 5-6 in the group, though they remain in fifth position, a spot below the play-off places.
The loss ended Cedevita's play-off hopes, having seen their record drop to 2-9.
Meanwhile in Group F, Olympiacos boosted their play-off chances via a 74-59 victory over Zalgiris.
