World champions New Zealand to face Ireland in Chicago
American rugby union fans will get the opportunity to see world champions New Zealand first hand when they take on Ireland at Chicago's Soldier Field in November.
The All Blacks, who won the Rugby World Cup for the third time last year, will meet the 2015 Six Nations champions as part of their end of year tour on November 5, before heading to Dublin for a rematch on November 19.
It has also been confirmed that the United States will face off against the Maori All Blacks, a representative team of New Zealand, on November 4 at Toyota Park.
New Zealand have visited America on four previous occasions, and 61,500 spectators witnessed their last trip to face USA at Soldier Field in November 2014 - a record crowd in the country for a rugby union fixture.
"The match against the USA Eagles in 2014 was a huge success and we are excited to be returning to Chicago," New Zealand head coach Steve Hansen said.
"It will certainly be a unique occasion for the team playing Ireland in Chicago and then again in Dublin two weeks later.
"I'm sure All Blacks and Irish fans from all over North America and the world will descend on Chicago for what will be a truly historic match."
New Zealand last played Ireland in a 2013 Test in Dublin, in which the All Blacks clinched a dramatic 24-22 win to complete an unbeaten season.
