Angelique Kerber is yet to receive delivery of her Australian Open trophy after opting against taking it on a flight as hand luggage.
The German upset world number one Serena Williams in the Melbourne final on January 30, winning 6-4 3-6 6-4.
But, having left the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup Down Under, the world number two is hoping to get her hands on it again soon.
"It's somewhere in the air in a plane or on a ship. I don't know where it is," Kerber told ZDF.
"It weighs 10 kilos and I preferred to leave it behind rather than bring it back from Melbourne in my hand luggage.
"I have a tracking number and I hope it will arrive back to me in the next few days."
