Carolina Panthers cornerback Josh Norman has been fined for his role in last Sunday's scuffles with New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
According to widespread reports, the NFL fined the Panthers cornerback more than $25,000 for two separate incidents in the Panthers' 38-35 win in New York.
Beckham was suspended for one game for his role in a series of ugly scenes throughout the game, which included the pass-catcher launching himself head first into Norman during the second half.
That ban has been appealed by Beckham but Norman has not escaped punishment and is said to have been fined $8,681 for a facemask penalty and $17,363 for striking an opponent in the head/neck area.
The Panthers are an unbeaten 14-0 with two games of the regular season remaining.
