Speeding truck narrowly avoids girl running across road in southern China

A speeding truck narrowly avoided a girl running across a road in southern China.

The terrifying footage, filmed in the city of Maoming in Guangdong Province, shows the youngster suddenly running across the road as the truck is driving past.

The vehicle changes direction immediately, almost flipping over in the process, and narrowly avoids crashing into the girl.

Thankfully the child escaped without injury, according to reports.
