Terrifying scene as Ferris wheel collapses while under construction in China

A Ferris wheel which was under construction has collapsed in southern China.

Video filmed in the city of Fuzhou in Fujian Province shows the huge structure slowly falling apart.

Four people trapped in the debris were rescued and no casualties were reported.
