- There have been mutterings that BMW has been contemplating building a four-door coupe version of the new 4 Series Coupe and here's proof they mean business. Trouble is, there's already a four-door version of the 4 Series – the 3 Series saloon does the job more than admirably.
- The F-Type concept was a coupe but the vehicle the company launched this year was the roadster version. But a coupe model has always been rumoured and this is proof that the British marque is readying a production version. It's an absolute stunner and is seen being tested here in V8S guise.
- Lambo's Gallardo is getting a bit long in the tooth and here could be the car (internally codenamed LP724) that will replace it. Thought to be called Cabrera, the new entry-level supercar from Lamborghini will precede a new Audi R8 in 2015. This mule quite clearly shows the LP724 is larger than the Gallardo it'll replace.
- Mercedes quietly axed its luxury Maybach brand last year and the new S-Class range is intended to be a replacement. This is the long wheelbase version which will be called Pullman – reviving a classic name from Mercedes' archive. Expect prices to be in the range of £200k-plus.
- Jaguar Land Rover was out testing prototypes in force when we visited. This could be Jaguar's new SUV, but it seems a little too big. That grille could hint at Kia's trademark 'Tiger Nose'. The next Kia Sorento? Let us know what you think in the comments section...

- It's clear to see this is no normal Volvo V60 R-Design. The camouflage covers extra sporty bodywork and behind those tasty wheels sit enormous brakes. The car was being tested by Polestar engineers – Volvo's performance partner – and it sounded particularly racy. This could be a mule for a forthcoming 'hot' Volvo V60 to take on Mercedes' C63 Estate.
