With four new concept versions of the Up! shown on the Volkswagen stand, it was ABT's turn to show the first modified version of the new city car. ABT were tight-lipped about engine mods, but their Up! has obviously been lowered with a suspension kit that's available. Other than changing the suspension and different alloy wheel covers, there's also a fruitier exhaust and ABT are also offering the questionable carbon-look and red accent graphics.

This is FAB Design's take on the SLS AMG Roadster. The biggest modification is the rather OTT bodykit. Featuring redesigned wings and side-skirts, we suppose they are at least fitted seamlessly with the front and rear quarter panels. The unique matt red exterior paint stands out for all the wrong reasons, but not as much as the beige interior. With all the cosmetics, it would be easy to forget about the performance of the FAB Design SLS. That has been given a work over too; peak power of the 6.2-litre V8 is now 607bhp.

Best known for their tuning work on Porsches, this is the first 991-generation 911 that they have worked on. Gemballa changes for the latest 911 centre on the exterior, interior and alloy wheels.  The body kit is made of lightweight carbon-fibre and is well integrated with the new Porsche coupe's curves. We're not fans of the wheels or the rear of the the kit, with its six tailpipes. 

The Hamann Range Rover Evoque could be the only low point for the off-roader at 2012 Geneva Motor Show. Basically a bodykit and alloys, neither flatter the curvy Land Rover and the bodykit in particular looks bulky.  Hamann are also offering a performance upgrade kit for the petrol and diesel engines. Power for the diesel is up by 31bhp and the torque by 65Nm. Go for the petrol and power is increased by 38bhp and 55Nm of torque.

Think the Lamborghini Aventador doesn't quite scream 'I own a supercar' enough? Well, kings of carbon-fibre, Mansory might be able to help. Toned down compared to the bonkersness that is their McLaren MP4-12C, it gets new front bodywork including wider wings and a narrower bonnet, plus a larger lower intake with carbon- fibre everywhere. As expected power is up to 754bhp, with Mansory claiming that this special car will get to 60mph in just 2.8 seconds.

The type 991 Porsche 911 has only just gone on sale, but it would appear that tuners have already got their hands on them. Best-known of all Porsche tuners is Ruf and they had two on their Geneva stand. Our favourite, was the Rt 35 Anniversary. Parked in front of one of the first Ruf converted cars, the Rt 35 Anniversary celebrates Ruf's 35 years in business and beats Porsche to offer twin-turbos for the latest Carrera S. Rated at 621bhp, with an equally astounding 608 pound feet of torque, all this power is fed to the road via a standard seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Ruf isn't revealing a 0-60 time, but the top speed is over  205 mph.
