Located on the southern edge of the village of Lympstone, between Exeter and Exmouth, the Grade II listed Georgian mansion is set within 28 acres, providing unrivalled views of the Exe Estuary. When the CBeebies Land Hotel opens at the Alton Towers Resort it will offer a fully immersive CBeebies experience for young fans and their families, featuring interactive games and play items in each themed room uniquely designed to give little ones a sleepover like no other. The four-storey, 120-bedroom Titanic Belfast Hotel will be the world’s most authentic Titanic-themed hotel. - Hilton Garden Inn's new hotel will be situated within the grounds of Lancashire County Cricket Club. Hilton Garden Inn at Emirates Old Trafford will offer 150 rooms and three eating and drinking venues for guests to enjoy, before watching the cricket or heading into the town. There will be five floors with 85 rooms overlooking the world-famous cricket pitch and some rooms which can be converted to hospitality boxes on match days. - Set in the iconic former Midland Bank building, The Ned was designed by Sir Edwin 'Ned' Lutyens in 1924. The heritage building will open in early 2017, hosting nine restaurants, 252 bedrooms channelling 1920s and 1930s design, a range of men’s and women’s grooming services (Cowshed, Cheeky and Neville) and Ned’s Club, where members have access to a rooftop pool, gym, spa, hammam and late-night lounge bar. Budget design hotel chain Motel One is set to open its second property in Manchester this year.
