Shocking moment toddler is run over by car twice
WARNING - GRAPHIC CONTENT: A three-year-old boy has survived after being run over by a car twice.
Shocking CCTV captured the moment the boy, identified as Angel N. from Mexico, was crushed by the vehicle as it reversed. The driver reportedly didn't see the child.
In the footage, the boy ducks under the car to reportedly look for his toy when the driver hits him and then stops the vehicle on top of Angel's body, seemingly on his head.
The cry of another child who witnessed the incident alerts Angel's parents, who immediately rush to release him from under the tyre.
At that moment the vehicle moves forward and runs over the boy again, before his father pulls him out and carries the child in his arms out of the camera's reach.
The incident, according to media reports, occurred in the Colonia Carlos Hank Gonzalez neighbourhood in the Mexican capital on Tuesday.

Angel was immediately transferred to the hospital.
To his parents' utmost delight, doctors released the three-year-old, claiming he was perfectly healthy and they found no injuries.
However, reporter Carlos Jimenez confirmed on his Twitter account on Wednesday that updated medical reports showed the boy did suffer minor injuries.
The child is reportedly in a stable condition recovering from a fractured arm and a damaged lung.
According to Jimenez, at least three studies were done at a paediatric hospital in the Venustiano Carranza mayor's office regarding Angel's condition.
He also assured his followers that the case is being investigated by the Mexico City Attorney General's Office.
The incident follows the tragic death of a 23-month-old child who was left in a hot car all day after his mum forgot to drop him off at daycare.
The boy was not found until later in the afternoon and it was reportedly just under 30C that June day in Ontario.
