We would like to hear from people who live in towns and areas in Europe that are seeing high emigration.

What are the ‘push’ factors – why are people leaving? Is it unemployment, or a lack of other opportunities, or other factors? How has this changed in recent years?

If you’ve remained in your hometown, how have you seen it change? What is the impact – economic, social or anything else – of people leaving? Are shops, schools, or other facilities closing?

What is it like for those who stay?

We’re also interested in hearing from those in places, particularly small towns or villages, that have successfully reversed this trend.
