Passengers trapped in train submerged by chest-high floodwater in central China

Passengers were trapped in a train that was submerged by chest-high floodwater in central China.

The video was filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on July 19, shows passengers standing in train carriages engulfed by floodwater.

According to reports, Zhengzhou meteorological observatory has issued a red warning signal (the strongest level) for the rain storm.

All passengers have been brought back to safety and the trains were suspended.
