Overnight oats with yoghurt and frozen fruit
A simple breakfast, packed with goodness. Use whatever frozen fruit you like, and eat this at home or grab a jar and go.

Prep time: 5 minutes, plus overnight chilling

Ingredients
160g rolled oats
400ml water (or milk)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
320g frozen fruit
200ml plain natural yoghurt
Honey, to serve (optional)
Method
Divide the oats between 4 glass jars, each with a volume of at least 300ml.
Stir in the water/milk along with the cinnamon.
Top with the frozen fruit and then a layer of yoghurt.
Put the lids on and refrigerate for up to two days.
Eat for breakfast with a trickle of honey if you need it.
