Mother fined after allowing her children to lean out of sunroof of moving car in China

A mother was fined after allowing her children to lean out of the sunroof of a moving car in southern China.

According to the traffic police in Baise city, they received a report that the two children leaned out of the sunroof to enjoy the scenery while the car was moving.

It’s understood that the driver was their mother and allowed them to lean out as the children really wanted to see the scenery.

The police then educated the mother and imposed a fine of 100 yuan (£11).
