Girl, 13, appears in court charged with attempted murder over Ammanford school stabbing
A 13-year-old girl has appeared in court charged with three counts of attempted murder after a stabbing at Amman Valley School in south-west Wales.
The girl, who cannot be named or identified for legal reasons, appeared at Llanelli magistrates’ court on Friday.
Standing in the dock in a grey sweatshirt, she was remanded to youth detention accommodation by District Judge Mark Layton.
The girl will next appear at Swansea Crown Court on May 27.
