Flames engulf father and daughter on electric bike in China

A father and a daughter were on an electric bike in eastern China when it erupted in flames.

The terrifying moment, filmed in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province on July 18, shows a huge ball of fire suddenly bursting out of the bike.

Nearby security guards, pedestrians and motorists ran to extinguish the fire and called police and an ambulance.

The eight-year-old daughter is still in the ICU for observation and the father is in a stable condition.
