A collaboration between Arôme co-founder Ellen Chew (who you may recognise from her other ventures Rasa Sayang, Mrs Chew's Chinese Kitchen and Shan Shui) and the Singapore tourist board, this ode to the country’s cuisine will not only serve firm favourites such as Laksa and Bak Chor Mee, but will also offer a range of Singaporean ingredients and food products to take away.

El Bar De Cavita
After being separated from her Marylebone restaurant for some time due to visa issues, London-based Mexican chef Adriana Cavita is ready to throw a never-ending party. Enter: a new subterranean bar where she’ll be serving margaritas, an impressive range of artisanal mezcal and Mexican street food such as tuna belly and avocado tostadas and an indulgent beef shin and fried cheese taco served with a side of beef consommé.

Founded by celebrated ex-Lyle’s, Flor and River Cafe pastry chef Anna Higham, this fruit-forward Highbury bakery will serve up modern, creative takes on traditional British staples. Open Wednesday to Saturday, saunter along for brown butter buns, tattie scones, a changing variety of wholesome pies and brilliant bread.
