Donald Trump supporters heckle Lindsey Graham

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham was escorted by police inside Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport after a group of Donald Trump's supporters chanted "traitor" over his criticism of the US President.

Graham is normally a staunch Trump ally but condemned him following the Capitol Hill riots.

"When it comes to accountability the president needs to understand that his actions were the problem not the solution," the senator said on Thursday.

In another video a woman called Graham a "garbage human being".

"It's going to be like this forever, wherever you go, for the rest of your life," the woman taunted.
