Chinese motorist intentionally runs over thief who stole his money
A driver was filmed deliberately running down a thief on a motorbike who had stolen his money in southern China.
In the CCTV footage captured in Nantong city, the vehicle can be seen racing after the thief before eventually knocking him over.
It's reported that the motorcyclist stole the money from the car driver as he stood by a river.
The car driver chased the thief for more than two miles before knocking him down.
The thief suffered a fracture in his left leg. According to police he is a habitual thief and admitted he stole the driver's money.
The car driver was released on bail on suspicion of intentional injury. He said the stolen cash money was his rent for the next month.
