With its roughly 870 degrees Fahrenheit temperature, literally crushing surface pressure and toxic air, Venus is very much uninhabitable.

However, according to NASA, the space thirty miles above it could be a perfectly lovely place to live.

A report claims the space agency has set up a program called the High Altitude Venus Operational Concept to explore the possibility of a future floating city.
