Mobility vehicle almost knocked over after running red light in Rugby

Dashcam footage shows a mobility vehicle narrowing escaping a crash after running a red light in Rugby, UK.

The filmer told Newsflare: "Once the traffic lights turned green I made a right turn.

"As I was making my way around someone on a mobility vehicle suddenly comes out of nowhere and crosses the road when they did not have right of way... resulting in me using fast reflexes to hit the brakes.

"I was very close to hitting the person but thankfully did not."
