The Sunday Times leads with an “escalation” in the “constitutional crisis”, reporting that Prime Minister Boris Johnson is prepared to “squat” and remain in 10 Downing Street even if his proposals were rejected in Brussels and MPs tried to unseat him.

Meanwhile, the Sunday Telegraph writes that Mr Johnson would look to send a Eurosceptic commissioner to Brussels if forced to delay Brexit past October 31.
