Rainproof cloth smashes car windscreen after falling from truck in China

A rainproof cloth smashed a car windscreen after dropping from a truck on a motorway in eastern China.

The dashcam video, filmed in Shaoxing city in Zhejiang province on September 21, shows a roll of rainproof cloth suddenly flying from the top of a truck and striking the windscreen of the car behind it.

According to the car driver Mr Mo, he slowed down and moved to the roadside immediately after the rainproof roll smashed his windscreen.

Since the truck driver did not notice the incident, Mo drove forward to stop him.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

The truck driver was blamed for the incident and he was fined £23 (200Yuan) by the police.
