Angry cyclist obstructs double-decker bus

Footage has captured the moment an angry cyclist, who tried and failed to bring a Santander bike onto a bus in London, obstructs the double-decker.

An eyewitness who got off a stop just beyond 201 Bishopsgate in Spitalfields said the man was denied entry. They claimed the would-be passenger attempted to bring a bike from the captial's famous self-service cycle-hire scheme on to the vehicle.

The cyclist was told not to board the double-decker, and - during a heated exchange with the black driver - alleged that he was a target of racial discrimination.

As he reportedly chanted 'racist' at the bus driver, he rammed his bike into the front of the 149 and parked right in front of the vehicle.

Video footage shows the cyclist carrying a pillow and two shopping bags full of food, while he apparently says: "You're not going f***ing anywhere."
